血清淀粉样蛋白A检测对感染性眼内炎的临床诊断价值

Clinical Diagnosis Value of Serum Amyloid A Test for the Infectious Endophthalmitis

目的 分析血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)检测对感染性眼内炎的临床诊断价值。方法 选择我院2020年1月至2022年1月接收的50例感染性眼内炎作为研究对象,设定为观察组。同期选择50例非感染性的患者作为对照组,利用胶体金免疫层析法检测SAA水平,分析SAA检测对感染性眼内炎诊断效果。结果 观察组SAA、C-反应蛋白、白细胞计数明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。联合检测检出率明显高于SAA、C-反应蛋白、白细胞计数单独检测检出率(P <0.05)。联合检测在AUC、95%CI、PPV、NPV、敏感度、特异度方面明显优于单独检测(P <0.05)。结论 SAA能够为感染性眼内炎辅助诊断提供有效依据,能够提高临床诊断准确度。将SAA联合C-反应蛋白、白细胞计数诊断,诊断效果将会大大提高。

Objective The clinical diagnosis value of serum amyloid A detection in the infectious endophthalmitis was analyzed.Methods Fifty cases of infectious endophthalmitis received in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study object and set as the observation group.During the same period,50 non-infectious patients were selected as the control group,and the serum amyloid A level was measured by colloidal gold immunochromatography to analyze the effect.Results The serum amyloid A,C-reactive protein,white blood cell count were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The detection rate of the combination test was significantly higher than that of serum amyloid A,C-reactive protein,and white blood cell count alone detection rate(P<0.05).The combined test was significantly better than AUC,95%CI,PPV,NPV,sensitivity,and specificity(P<0.05)Conclusion Serum amyloid A can provide an effective reference basis for the auxiliary diagnosis of infectious endophthalmitis and improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis.Combining serum amyloid A with C-reactive protein,white blood cell count diagnosis,the diagnostic effect will be greatly improved.
