浅析心脏停搏的院前急救方法与相关护理策略

Analysis of Pre-hospital Emergency Methods and Related Nursing Strategies for Cardiac Arrest

目的探讨心脏停搏的院前急救方法与相关护理策略。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月接受治疗的68例心脏停搏患者,将患者按照随机数字表法进行分组(对照组和观察组),每组34例。对照组实施院前常规护理,观察组实施院前急救护理,对比两组患者的心肺复苏成功率、存活率、病死率及格拉斯哥昏迷指数(GCS)评分和住院时间。结果观察组心肺复苏成功率、存活率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组病死率低于对照组(P<0.05)。经护理后两组患者的GCS评分较护理前均有所升高,且观察组的GCS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。经护理后,观察组患者的住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对心脏停搏患者实施院前急救相关护理干预,可提高心肺复苏成功率,可有效促进患者恢复意识,挽救患者的生命。

Objective To explore the pre-hospital first aid method and related nursing strategy of cardiac arrest.Methods A total of 68 patients with cardiac arrest who received treatment from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the numerical table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received pre-hospital routine nursing,and the observation group received pre-hospital emergency nursing.The success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,survival rate,mortality rate,GCS score and length of stay were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate and survival rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The mortality rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The GCS score of the two groups after nursing was increased compared with that before nursing,and the GCS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the hospital stay of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of pre-hospital emergency nursing intervention for patients with cardiac arrest can improve the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,can effectively promote the recovery of consciousness,save the lives of patients.
