PDCA循环联合PBL教学法对呼吸内科住院医师规范化培训的应用效果 被引量:6

Application Effect of PDCA Cycle Combined with PBL Teaching Method on Standardized Training of Resident Respiratory Physicians

摘要 目的探究PDCA循环管理联合PBL教学法在呼吸内科住院医师规培中的应用效果。方法利用计算机软件,将52名2021年1~10月在呼吸内科参与规培的住院医师分为对照组和观察组,每组26名。对照组采用PBL教学法,观察组采用PDCA循环联合PBL教学法,在规培结束后比较两组医师理论和实践成绩,并采用问卷调查方式了解规培医师对本次规培教学的效果评价。结果观照组理论成绩、实践成绩分别为(89.12±8.45)、(85.36±5.11)分,均高于对照组的(77.69±9.86)、(78.26±6.45)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组教学效果(临床实操能力、学习兴趣、临床知识理解、知识全面系统、教学方法灵活、临床思维能力、分析解决问题能力)均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组教学满意度为96.15%,与对照组的73.08%相比更高,P<0.05。结论PDCA循环联合PBL教学法能够提升住院医师规培效果。 Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle management combined with PBL teaching method in the training of residents of respiratory medicine department.Methods Using computer software,52 residents who participated in the training in the Department of Respiratory Medicine from January 2021 to October 2021 were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 26 residents in each group.The control group adopted the PBL teaching method,and the observation group adopted the PDCA cycle combined with the PBL teaching method.After the completion of the training,the theoretical and practical achievements of the two groups of doctors were compared,and a questionnaire survey was used to understand the evaluation of the doctors'evaluation of the effectiveness of the training.Results The theoretical scores and practical scores of the observation group were(89.12±8.45)and(85.36±5.11)scores respectively higher than those of the control group(77.69±9.86)and(78.26±6.45)scores,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching effect of the observation group(clinical practical ability,learning interest,clinical knowledge understanding,comprehensive knowledge system,flexible teaching methods,clinical thinking ability,analytical problem solving ability)were better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 96.15%,which was higher than 73.08%of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The combination of PDCA cycle and PBL teaching method can improve the effect of resident planning and training.
