阶段性口腔健康知识宣教联合心理干预在口腔正畸患者中的应用价值 被引量:2

Application Value of Phased Oral Health Knowledge Education Combined with Psychological Intervention in Orthodontic Patients

摘要 目的探讨阶段性口腔健康知识宣教联合心理干预在口腔正畸患者中的应用价值。方法选取郑州大学第一附属医院2019年7月至2022年6月收治的184例口腔正畸患者,随机数字表法分为常规干预组(92例)、联合干预组(92例),常规干预组接受常规护理联合心理干预,联合干预组在常规干预组的基础上联合进行阶段性口腔健康知识宣教。干预6个月后,比较两组口腔知识掌握程度、牙龈指数、菌斑指数、遵医行为、并发症发生率及生活质量。结果干预6个月后,联合干预组口腔知识掌握程度(96.74%)高于常规干预组(84.78%)(P<0.05);联合干预组牙龈指数、菌斑指数分别低于常规干预组(P<0.05);联合干预组遵医率(95.65%)高于常规干预组(78.26%)(P<0.05);联合干预组并发症发生率(10.87%)低于常规干预组(22.83%)(P<0.05);联合干预组生活质量评分低于常规干预组的(P<0.05)。结论阶段性口腔健康知识宣教联合心理干预可提高口腔正畸患者口腔知识掌握程度,提升遵医行为,改善口腔卫生问题,从而降低并发症发生率,提高生活质量。 Objective To study the application value of phased oral health knowledge education combined with psychological intervention in orthodontic patients.Methods A total of 184 orthodontic patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from July 2019 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into routine intervention group(92 cases)and combined intervention group(92 cases)according to random number table.Routine intervention group received routine nursing combined with psychological intervention.On this basis of Routine intervention group,the combined intervention group adopted phased oral health knowledge education.The degree of oral knowledge,gingival index,plaque index,medical compliance behavior,complication rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 months of intervention,the oral knowledge mastery degree of the combined intervention group was 96.74%,which was higher than that of routine intervention group(84.78%)(P<0.05).The gingival index and plaque index of the combined intervention group were lower than those of the routine intervention group group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of the combined intervention group was 95.65%,which was higher than that of routine intervention group(78.26%)(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the combined intervention group was 10.87%,which was lower than that of routine intervention group(22.83%)(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the combined intervention group was lower than that of the routine intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion Phased oral health knowledge education combined with psychological intervention can improve the oral knowledge of orthodontic patients,improve their compliance with doctors,and improve oral hygiene problems,thereby reducing the incidence of complications and improving the quality of life.
