分级管理模式在急危重症患者CT检查护理中的应用

Application of Hierarchical Management in Nursing of CriticallyⅢPatients Receiving CT Examination

目的研究分级管理模式在急危重症患者CT检查护理中的应用效果。方法回顾性选取2020年9月至2022年5月于郑州大学第一附属医院住院的120例急危重症患者,根据入院时间分为对照组(2020年9月至2021年6月)与研究组(2021年7月至2022年5月),各组60例,两组均在本院接受综合护理管理模式及CT检查,研究组在以上基础给予分级管理。比较两组患者检查及转运用时、成功率、不良事件发生率以及护理满意度。结果研究组患者一级、二级、三级检查及转运用时均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组检查成功率高于对照组(96.67%比85.00%,P<0.05),研究组患者检查不良事件发生率低于对照组(3.33%比15.00%,P<0.05);研究组护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论分级管理应用于急危重症患者的CT检查护理中,可提高检查及时性、成功率,安全性及护理满意度均较高。

Objective To study the application effect of hierarchical management in nursing of critically ill patients receiving CT examination.Methods A total of 120 critically ill patients hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from September 2020 to May 2022 were reviewed.Among them,60 patients admitted from September 2020 to June 2021 and those admitted from July 2021 to May 2022 were defined as the control group and the study group,respectively.Both groups received comprehensive nursing management and CT examination.On this basis,the study group received hierarchical management.The time for examination and transfer,success rate of examination,the incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The time for primary,secondary and tertiary examinations and transfer in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of examination in study group was higher than that in control group(96.67%vs.85.00%,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in study group was lower than that in control group(3.33%vs.15.00%,P<0.05),and nursing satisfaction scores of study group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying hierarchical management in nursing of critically ill patients receiving CT examination can improve the timeless of examination,and improve the success rate of examination,with high safety and satisfaction.
