上海市淞南镇社区康复中心患者满意度调查分析

Investigation and analysis of patients’satisfaction with Songnan Community Rehabilitation Center in Shanghai

目的:对上海市宝山区淞南镇社区卫生服务中心(简称中心)康复科就诊患者开展康复服务满意度问卷调查。方法:于2022年6月—2023年1月选取中心康复科就诊患者或其陪同家属作为调查对象,采用修订后的中文版欧洲满意度调查量表调查分析他们的康复服务满意情况及其相关影响因素。结果:340例患者的满意度平均得分为(83.32±11.16)分,平均得分率为65.6%。单因素分析结果显示,康复诊疗病种、是否与家庭医生签约及是否为上级医疗机构下转是对康复患者满意度具有统计学意义的影响因素(P<0.05)。进一步采用Bonferroni检验法进行两两比较,神经系统康复组的满意度高于骨骼系统康复组与其他病种康复组(P<0.05),上级医疗机构下转组的满意度高于非下转组(P<0.05),家庭医生签约组的满意度高于非签约组(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,康复诊疗病种、是否与家庭医生签约及是否为上级医疗机构下转是对康复患者满意度具有统计学意义的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:可通过加强社区康复人才梯队建设、构建区域性医疗联合体联合诊疗模式、推动家庭医生签约服务等措施提升社区居民的康复服务获得感。

Objective:To conduct a questionnaire survey on the satisfaction of rehabilitation services among the patients in the Rehabilitation Department of Songnan Community Health Service Center of Baoshan District,Shanghai.Methods:Patients in the rehabilitation department or their accompanying family members from June 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the respondents,and their satisfaction with rehabilitation services and related influencing factors were investigated and analyzed with the revised European satisfaction survey in Chinese.Results:The average score of satisfaction of 340 patients was(83.32±11.16),and the average score rate was 65.6%.The results of univariate analysis showed that the types of rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment,whether to sign contract with family physician and whether to transfer from a superior medical institution were statistically significant factors affecting the satisfaction of rehabilitation patients(P<0.05).The Bonferroni test was further used to conduct the pairwise comparison.The satisfaction of the nervous system rehabilitation group was higher than that of the skeletal system rehabilitation group and other disease rehabilitation groups(P<0.05),the satisfaction rate of the group under transfer from a superior medical institution was higher than that of the group without under transfer(P<0.05),and the family physician contracted group had higher satisfaction than the non-contracted group(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the type of rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment,whether to contract with family physician and whether to transfer from a superior medical institution were statistically significant influencing factors on the satisfaction of rehabilitation patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:In order to promote community-dwelling individuals’perception of access to rehabilitation services,the measures should be taken to enhance the echelon construction of community rehabilitation talents,construct a joint diagnosis and treatment mode of regional medical consortia,and promote family physicians to contract services.
