三维彩超在中孕期胎儿胼胝体发育不全诊断中的应用价值

The Application Value of Three-Dimensional Color Doppler Ultrasound in Abnormal Development of Corpus Callosum in Fetal Brain During Middle Pregnancy

目的:探究三维彩超应用在中孕期胎儿胼胝体发育不全诊断中的实际价值。方法:纳入2021年6月~2022年6月于本院就诊的初步诊断为胎儿胼胝体发育不全的中孕期孕妇60例参与研究。采用随机数表法分成对照组与观察组各30例,前者实施常规经腹或者经阴道途径超声检查,后者则接受三维彩超检查。获得相关的检查结果后,分析出现发育异常的胎儿例数、分辨率,以及不同类型胎儿的临床表现、占比情况。结果:分析可见,三维彩超组的检出率要明显高于对照组,且分辨率要比对照组高(P<0.05)。其中典型的占比最高,与变异型对比存在明显统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:在三维彩超的支持下,孕妇的配合度更好,可以保证检查工作顺利实施,准确分辨胎儿脑部胼胝体是否存在发育异常,进一步了解异常类型。

Objective:To explore the practical value of three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of abnormal development of the corpus callosum in the fetal brain during the middle pregnancy.Methods:The time period of this study was from June 2021 to June 2022.A total of 60 pregnant women were selected to participate in the study.Randomized number table method was used to divide into control group and observation group,which included 30 cases.The former received conventional transabdominal or transvaginal ultrasound examination,while the latter received three-dimensional color ultrasound examination.After obtaining relevant examination results,analyze the number and resolution of patients with dysplasia,as well as the clinical manifestations and proportions of different types of patients.Results:The analysis showed that the detection rate of three-dimensional color ultrasound group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the resolution was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Among them,the proportion of typical type is the highest,and there is significant statistical difference compared with variant type(P<0.05).Conclusion:With the support of three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound,the pregnant women’s cooperation is better,which can ensure the smooth implementation of the examination work,accurately distinguish whether there are developmental abnormalities,and further understand the types of abnormalities.
