摘要
目的:针对功能性内窥镜鼻窦手术(Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery,FESS)术后鼻腔填塞中改良鼻咽通气管的应用效果进行分析及研究。方法:于2019年3月~2020年3月本院接受FESS治疗的患者中筛选75例作为研究对象,采用随机抛硬币法将其分为对照组(n=37)和观察组(n=38),对照组术后选择常规鼻腔填塞,观察组术后选择改良鼻咽通气管完成鼻腔填塞,对比分析两种填塞模式的临床应用效果差异。结果:对照组术后均经口呼吸,观察组仅有1例患者两侧通气管堵塞,占比2.63%(1/38),其余均可实现一侧或双侧鼻腔呼吸;观察组患者术后鼻部胀疼、头疼及睡眠状况及VAS评分均优于对照组,组间存在统计学差异(P<0.05);两组咽部疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:FESS术后鼻腔应用改良鼻咽通气管填塞,能够实现经由鼻腔呼吸,降低患者术后鼻部和头部疼痛不适作用显著,从而提升患者睡眠质量。
Objective:To analyze and study the application effect of modified nasopharyngeal ventilation tube in nasal packing after FESS(Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery).Methods:75 patients who received FESS treatment in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The collection period of the enrolled objects was from March 2019 to March 2020.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=37)and the observation group(n=38).Control group should choose conventional nasal packing after operation,observation group choose modified nasopharyngeal airway to complete nasal packing after operation,and the clinical application effect of various packing modes was compared and analyzed.Results:All the patients in the control group were breathing through the mouth after operation.Only 1 case 2.63%(1/38)of the patients in the observation group had bilateral airway obstruction.Postoperative nasal distension,headache,sleep status and VAS scores were all better in the observation group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05)and no statistically significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of modified nasopharyngeal ventilation tube packing in the nasal cavity after FESS can realize breathing through the nasal cavity,significantly reduce the pain and discomfort of the nose and head of patients after surgery,and improve the quality of sleep of patients.
