脑电生物反馈仪治疗在焦虑症患者中的应用价值

Application Value of EEG Biofeedback Apparatus in Patients with Anxiety Disorder

目的:研究脑电生物反馈仪治疗在焦虑症患者中的应用价值。方法:在2019年11月~2020年12月本院接收的焦虑症患者中选择100例作为观察对象,并随机分为两组,对照组50例采用传统治疗,观察组50例增加脑电生物反馈仪治疗。记录患者的症状缓解时间和肌电恢复时间,采取焦虑自评量表(SAS)评价患者的焦虑症状情况,抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估患者抑郁情况,以SCL90症状自评量表对患者各项症状进行评估,从而探究脑电生物反馈仪治疗效果。结果:观察组症状缓解时间、肌电恢复时间、SAS焦虑评分以及SDS抑郁评分均明显低于对照组,脑电波功率比值均明显高于对照组,各症状评分明显低于对照组,组间对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对焦虑症患者而言,在传统治疗基础上增加脑电生物反馈仪治疗可有效改善症状,改善脑功能,促进患者康复。

Objective:To study the application value of EEG biofeedback instrument in the treatment of anxiety disorder.Methods:100 anxiety patients in our hospital from November 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in the control group were treated with traditional treatment,50 cases in the observation group were treated with EEG biofeedback instrument.The symptom relief time and EMG recovery time of patients were recorded,and the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)was used to evaluate the anxiety symptoms of patients,and the self-rating depression scale(SDS)was used to evaluate the depression of patients,and the SCL90 symptom checklist was used to evaluate the symptoms of patients,so as to explore the therapeutic effect of EEG biofeedback instrument.Results:The symptom relief time,EMG recovery time,SAS anxiety score and SDS depression score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the brain wave power ratio was significantly higher than that of the control group,the symptom scores were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the comparison between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with anxiety disorder,adding EEG biofeedback device on the basis of traditional treatment can effectively improve symptoms,improve brain function and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
