中频脉冲治疗仪在缺血性卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能恢复中的运用研究

Application of Intermediate Frequency Pulse Therapy Instrument in Limb Function Recovery of Patients with Hemiplegia After Ischemic Stroke

目的:探讨对缺血性卒中偏瘫患者采用中频脉冲治疗仪完成治疗后对其肢体功能恢复等产生的影响。方法:选取2018年10月~2021年3月收治的60例缺血性卒中偏瘫患者进行治疗研究;随机分为常规组(采用常规康复方法进行治疗)和研究组(采用常规康复方法+中频脉冲治疗仪进行治疗),各30例;比较两组患者治疗总有效率、肢体功能评分(上肢评分、下肢评分)以及神经功能缺损评分。结果:研究组治疗总有效率(93.33%)高于常规组(60.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,研究组上肢评分、下肢评分同常规组比较,未呈现出明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组上肢评分、下肢评分均高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗前,研究组神经功能缺损评分同常规组比较,未呈现出明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组神经功能缺损评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:中频脉冲治疗仪的有效应用,可将患者治疗效果显著增强,将肢体功能以及神经功能有效改善,促进缺血性卒中偏瘫患者总体预后水平提升。

Objective:To explore the effects of intermediate frequency pulse therapy instrument on the recovery of limb function in patients with ischemic stroke hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 60 patients with ischemic stroke hemiplegia admitted from October 2018 to March 2021 were selected for treatment study.They were randomly divided into conventional group(conventional rehabilitation method)and research group(conventional rehabilitation method+intermediate frequency pulse therapy instrument),with 30 cases in each group.The total effective rate,limb function score(upper limb score,lower limb score)and neurological function deficit score were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in study group(93.33%)was higher than that in conventional group(60.00%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in upper and lower limb scores between the study group and the conventional group(P>0.05).After treatment,the upper and lower limb scores of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in neurological deficit score between the study group and the conventional group(P>0.05).After treatment,the neurological deficit score of the study group was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effective application of intermediate frequency pulse therapy instrument can significantly enhance the therapeutic effect of patients,effectively improve the limb function and nerve function,and promote the overall prognosis of patients with hemiplegia after ischemic stroke.
