摘要
本文对紫外-可见分光光度法(UV-Vis)测定多糖在黄精中的含量不确定程度进行了评价,通过构建数学模型、分析查找不确定度的来源、评估和统计单个不确定度、扩展不确定度和合成不确定度。经过UV-Vis法测定,多糖在黄精中的含量为68.15 mg/g,其合成相对标准不确定度为0.0148,其扩展不确定度为2.016 mg/g(k=2)。从上述结果中可以看出多糖含量测定结果的不确定度主要来自对照溶液的制备和标准曲线的的拟合。
This article evaluates the uncertainty level of the UV-Vis method for determining the content of polysaccharides in Polygonatum.By constructing a mathematical model,analyzing the sources of uncertainty,evaluating and statistically analyzing individual uncertainty,expanded uncertainty,and synthetic uncertainty.The content of polysaccharide in Polygonatum japonicum was 68.15 mg/g by UV-Vis method.The relative standard uncertainty of synthesis was 0.0148,and the extended uncertainty was 2.016 mg/g(k=2).From the above results,it can be seen that the uncertainty of the polysaccharide content determination results mainly comes from the preparation of the control solution and the fitting of thes tandard curve.
