加味桃红四物汤治疗慢性湿疹对患者MDA以及SOD水平的影响

Effect of modified Taohong Siwu Decoction on MDA and SOD levels in patients with chronic eczema

目的探讨加味桃红四物汤治疗慢性湿疹对患者MDA以及SOD水平的影响。方法选取2019年10月~2022年10月收治的慢性湿疹患者76例,随机分为两组。对照组常规治疗,研究组在此基础上应用加味桃红四物汤,观察比对两组的氧化状态、临床症状体征评分情况、临床疗效以及生活质量和睡眠质量。结果研究组治疗后SOD水平比对照组高,MDA水平比对照组低(P<0.05);研究组治疗后干燥脱屑、皮色发暗、皮肤粗糙肥厚评分均比对照组低(P<0.05);研究组总有效率(94.74%)比对照组(73.68%)高(P<0.05);研究组治疗后睡眠质量、生活质量评分均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论慢性湿疹患者应用加味桃红四物汤治疗效果理想,可以有效改善患者的临床症状和体征,提高治疗效果,同时可以改善患者的氧化状态,提高其睡眠和生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of modified Taohong Siwu Decoction on MDA and SOD levels in patients with chronic eczema.Methods A total of 76 patients with chronic eczema admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine treatment,and the study group was given modified Taohong Siwu Decoction on this basis.The oxidation status,clinical symptoms and signs scores,clinical efficacy,quality of life and sleep quality of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the SOD level in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the MDA level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of desiccation,dark skin color and rough skin hypertrophy in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group(94.74%)was higher than that of the control group(73.68%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of sleep quality and life quality in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of modified Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of chronic eczema has an ideal effect,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,improve the treatment effect,and can improve the oxidation status of patients,improve their sleep and quality of life.
