摘要
针对SWRL规则对大型装配体模型推理效率慢且易达到推理极限的问题,对Jena规则下的装配公差项目的自动生成方法进行了研究。首先,构建了公差语义表示模型,进而实现OWL文件的自动生成;其次,构建了几何尺寸与公差语义表示模型,并以Jena规则表示几何尺寸与公差的语义,从而建立了Jena规则以推理装配公差项目的自动生成。最后,以减速器模型为例验证了基于Jena规则的装配公差项目自动生成的可行性,并与传统的基于SWRL规则的装配公差项目推理方法做对比实验,结果显示基于Jena规则的装配公差项目推理方法更高效且具有更高的推理极限。
Aiming at the problem that SWRL rule is slow in reasoning large assembly model and easy to reach the reasoning limit,the automatic generation method of assembly tolerance items under Jena rule is studied.Firstly,the tolerance semantic representation model is constructed,and then the OwLfile is automatically generated.Secondly,the semantic representation model of geometric dimensions and tolerances is constructed,and the semantics of geometric dimensions and tolerances are expressed by Jena rules,thus Jena rules are established to infer the automatic generation of assembly tolerance items.Finally,taking the reducer model as an example,the feasibility of automatic generation of assembly tolerance items based on Jena rule was verified,and compared with the traditional reasoning method of assembly tolerance items based on SWRL rule,the results show that the reasoning method of assembly tolerance items based on Jena rule is more efficient and has higher reasoning limit.
