四川少数民族地区居民安全用药现状调查

Survey on the status of rational medication use among residents in Sichuan ethnic minority areas

目的 了解四川少数民族地区居民安全用药风险情况,分析影响居民安全用药因素,以及了解居民合理用药宣教需求。方法 2022年3—5月,对18岁以上四川少数民族地区(凉山彝族自治州、甘孜藏族自治州、阿坝藏族羌族自治州)居民进行横断面问卷调查,包括基本信息、用药风险、合理用药宣教需求等,并对用药风险影响因素进行分析,设定总分小于104分、用药知识得分小于56分、用药行为得分小于48分时风险较低。结果 共获取有效问卷664份。四川少数民族地区安全用药风险总分为(110.40±31.99)分,用药知识得分总分为(56.75±20.92)分,用药行为得分总分为(53.57±14.37)分,均高于设定阈值。性别、年龄、民族、受教育程度、月收入及居住地均对用药风险有较大影响(P <0.05)。居民对合理用药宣教需求较大。结论 四川少数民族地区用药行为风险较高,需进行合理用药宣教,并且应重点关注高龄、文化程度低和低收入人群和用药风险较高的民族居民。

Objective To investigate the risk of safe medication use among residents in Sichuan ethnic minority areas,analyze the factors influencing rational medication use,and understand the needs for rational drug use education.Methods A cross-sectional questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the basic information,medication risk and the need for rational drug use education among residents over 18 years old in Sichuan ethnic minority areas from March to May 2022.The risk factors for medication risk was analyzed.The risk was considered to be low when the total score was less than 104,medication knowledge score less than 56,and medication behavior score less than 48.Results A total of 664 valid questionnaires were obtained.The total score was 110.40±31.99.The average scores of medication knowledge and behavior were 56.75±20.92and 53.57±14.37,all were above the study thresholds.Gender,age,ethnicity,education level,monthly income,and place of residence had a significant impact on medication risk(P<0.05).Residents had great demand for rational drug use education.Conclusion The risk of medication behavior is high in the minority areas of Sichuan province,and education on rational drug use is needed,with particular attention to the elderly population,people with a low level of education,and lowincome groups,as well as some ethnic residents with a high risk of medication.
