基于子午流注理论的八段锦结合耳穴贴压对胃癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏的影响

Effect of Baduanjin combined with auricular point sticking on cancer-induced fatigue in patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy based on Meridian flow theory

目的:观察基于子午流注理论的八段锦结合耳穴贴压对胃癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏的影响。方法:选取2021年10月—2022年9月收治的胃癌患者70例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行基于子午流注理论的八段锦结合耳穴贴压护理。对比两组癌因性疲乏程度[Piper疲乏修订量表(PFS-R)]、生活质量[生命质量测量量表(QOL-C30)]、心理状态[抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)]及护理总满意度。结果:护理4周,观察组PFS-R,SDS,SAS评分低于对照组,QOL-C30评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃癌化疗患者采用基于子午流注理论的八段锦结合耳穴贴压护理,可减轻癌因性疲乏程度,提高生活质量,改善心理状态,提高护理总满意度。

Objective:To observe the effect of Baduanjin combined with auricular acupoint sticking based on the meridian flow theory on cancer fatigue in patients with chemotherapy for gastric cancer.Methods:All 70 patients with gastric cancer admitted to the hospital from October 2021 to September 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received Baduanjin combined with auricular acupoint sticking nursing based on the meridian flow theory.The piper revised fatigue scale(PFS-R),quality of life(QOL-C30),mental state[self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After 4 weeks of nursing,PFS-R,SDS and SAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and QOL-C30 scores were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Baduanjin combined with auricular acupoint sticking nursing based on the meridian flow theory can reduce the degree of cancer fatigue,improve the quality of life,improve the psychological state,and improve the overall satisfaction of nursing in patients with gastric cancer chemotherapy.
