模拟退火算法在新生儿黄疸光疗仪光源设计中的应用

摘要 目的 探讨基于模拟退火算法的光谱匹配算法在新生儿黄疸光疗仪光源设计中的应用。方法 根据光在人体皮肤中的传递方式及胆红素的降解过程建立目标光谱曲线,将市面上常见的6种不同峰值波长的单色发光二极管(LED)作为匹配光源,以模拟退火算法为光谱匹配算法,进行光源匹配设计、光源光谱分析、光源仿真。结果 当6种单色LED按照0.04605︰0.26241︰0.49025︰0.95320︰0.87213︰0.23222比例组合时,匹配度最高;使用模拟退火算法匹配的光谱曲线与目标光谱曲线相比,相关指数为0.98122;对比实际制作的光源光谱,相关指数为0.94253。设计的LED阵列仿真均匀度为82.6%。结论 该研究符合黄疸光疗仪光源的设计要求,具有可行性,有助于提高胆红素降解效率,有望在新生儿黄疸治疗领域发挥重要作用。 Objective In order to improve the degradation efficiency of bilirubin and enhance the efficacy of phototherapy for neonatal jaundice,the application of a spectral matching algorithm based on simulated annealing algorithm in designing the light source of jaundice phototherapy instrument was explored.Methods According to the transmission mode of light in human skin and the degradation process of bilirubin,the target spectral curve was established.Six common monochromatic light-emitting diodes(LEDs) with different peak wavelengths in the market were used as matching light sources,and simulated annealing algorithm was used as spectral matching algorithm to carry out light source matching design,light source spectral analysis and light source simulation.Results When the six monochrome LEDs were combined according to the ratio of 0.04605︰0.26241︰0.49025︰0.95320︰0.87213︰0.23222,the matching degree was the highest.Compared with the target spectral curve,the correlation index of the spectral curve matched by the simulated annealing algorithm was 0.98122,and compared with the actual light source spectrum,the correlation index was 0.94253.The simulation uniformity of the designed LED array was 82.6%.Conclusions The study meets the design requirements of the light source of jaundice phototherapy instrument and is feasible.It is helpful to improve the degradation efficiency of bilirubin and is expected to play a vital role in the field of neonatal jaundice treatment.
