摘要 为了通过PDCA循环提升心电监护仪的调配周转率,本研究运用鱼骨图和柏拉图分析总结心电监护仪调配周转率低的要因,并针对要因提出相应对策。实施后,心电监护仪调配周转率由11.83%提高至22.72%,增加92.05%。验证了PDCA循环可明显提升心电监护仪的调配周转率。 In order to improve the deployment turnover rate of electrocardiogram monitors through the PDCA cycle,this study analyzed and summarized the main reasons for low deployment turnover rate in the electrocardiogram monitors by using fishbone diagram and Plato,and proposed corresponding measures for the main reasons.After the implementation of the strategy,the deployment turnover rate of electrocardiogram monitor increased from 11.83% to 22.72%,with the increase of 92.05%,verifying that the PDCA cycle can significantly improve the deployment turnover rate of electrocardiogram monitors.
