右正中神经电刺激联合艾灸在神经外科昏迷患者促醒中的应用效果

Application Effects of Right Median Nerve Electrical Stimulation Combined with Moxibustion on Awakening of Coma Patients in Neurosurgery

目的 探讨右正中神经电刺激联合艾灸在神经外科昏迷患者促醒中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年1月至2022年3月医院神经外科收治的64例昏迷患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,每组32例。对照组采取常规促醒治疗措施,试验组给予右正中神经电刺激联合艾灸治疗,比较两组临床总有效率、格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)评分、格拉斯哥预后量表(GOS)评分、脑电图分级情况及苏醒时间。结果 试验组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗14 d后,两组GCS、GOS评分均高于治疗前,且试验组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组脑电图分级情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组苏醒时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 右正中神经电刺激联合艾灸对神经外科昏迷患者具有较好的促醒效果,可改善患者昏迷状态,缩短苏醒时间。

Objective The application effects of right median nerve electrical stimulation combined with moxibustion on awakening of coma patients in neurosurgery were investigated.Methods 64 coma patients admitted to the neurosurgery of the hospital from January 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional awakening measures,and the experimental group was treated with right median nerve electrical stimulation combined with moxibustion.The clinical total effective rate,Glasgow coma scale(GCS)scores,Glasgow outcome scale(GOS)scores,electroencephalograhpy grading and recovery time of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the GCS and GOS scores in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the experimental group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The electroencephalograhpy grading of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Right median nerve electrical stimulation combined with moxibustion has a good effect on awakening coma patients in neurosurgical,which can improve the coma state and shorten the recovery time.
