改进型滴液分装装置在耳鼻喉科新配药液分装中的应用效果

Application Effects of Improved Drip Dispensing Device in the Process of Dispensing of Liquid Medicine in Otolaryngology

目的 探讨改进型滴液分装装置在耳鼻喉科新配药液分装中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年3—5月医院耳鼻喉科的23名护理人员作为研究对象,在新配药液分装过程中先后采用注射器手工操作及改进型滴液分装装置辅助操作,比较护理人员对两种分装装置的满意度及其使用效果。结果 护理人员对改进型滴液分装装置避免药物污染、加快工作效率、分装体积精确的满意度高于注射器,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理人员对两种分装装置故障发生情况的满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。改进型滴液分装装置分装前准备耗时、100 ml溶液分装10等份累计耗时均短于注射器,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);改进型滴液分装装置分装完成后清理工作耗时与注射器比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 改进型滴液分装装置不仅可提高护理人员分液工作效率,且可避免药物污染,分装体积精确,护理人员满意度较高。

Objective The application effects of improved drip dispensing device in the process of dispensing of liquid medicine in otolaryngology were explored.Methods Twentythree nurses from otolaryngology in the hospital from March to May 2022 were selected as the research objects.Different devices were successively used to assist the operation of liquid medicine dispensing(manual operation of syringe and improved drip dispensing device),and the satisfaction of nurses on the two kinds of dispensing devices and the difference in the use effect were compared.Results The nurses'satisfaction of avoiding drug pollution,quickening work efficiency,accurate dispensing volume of the improved drip dispensing device were higher than those of the syringe,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the failure occurrence in the nurses'satisfaction of the improved drip dispensing device and syringe(P>0.05).The preparation time before dispensing and the accumulated time of dispensing 10 equal parts of 100 ml solution by the improved drip dispensing device were lower than those by syringe,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the clearing time after dispensing by the improved drip dispensing device and syringe(P>0.05).Conclusion The improved drip dispensing device can not only improve the dispensing work efficiency,but also avoid drug contamination,and the dispensing volume is accurate,the satisfaction of nursing staff is relatively high.
