温针灸联合贺氏火针及消瘤汤治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with He's fire needle and Xiaoliu Decoction in the treatment of uterine fibroids

目的 探究在子宫肌瘤患者治疗中应用温针灸联合贺氏火针以及消瘤汤的临床效果。方法 102例子宫肌瘤患者,按入院顺序进行编号,根据编号奇偶数分为对照组(奇数)和观察组(偶数),每组51例。对照组采用消瘤汤进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合温针灸以及贺氏火针进行治疗。比较两组的临床治疗效果及治疗前后中医证候积分、雌激素[血清促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))]水平、生活质量评分。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.08%,高于对照组的80.39%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组患者中医证候积分均低于本组治疗前,且观察组患者中医证候积分(11.87±2.65)分低于对照组的(19.22±3.35)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,观察组患者血清FSH、LH、E_(2)水平分别为(8.39±2.83)IU/L、(7.67±1.68)IU/L、(145.15±28.05)pmol/L,均低于对照组的(15.63±3.18)IU/L、(13.82±2.30)IU/L、(239.33±19.75)pmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,观察组患者躯体功能、角色功能、社会功能评分分别为(88.40±2.32)、(88.43±3.81)、(88.90±3.46)分,高于对照组的(76.52±2.28)、(76.19±3.62)、(77.01±3.30)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 温针灸联合贺氏火针以及消瘤汤治疗子宫肌瘤患者可以获得理想的治疗效果,不仅可以缓解患者的各项临床症状,而且可以改善雌激素水平,提高生活质量,促进患者康复,值得大力在临床上进行推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with He's fire needle and Xiaoliu Decoction in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 102 patients with uterine fibroids were numbered in the order of admission and divided into control group(odd number)and observation group(even number),with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xiaoliu Decoction,and the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with He's fire needle on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical effects,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,estrogen[serum follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2)]levels and quality of life scores before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.08%,which was higher than that of 80.39%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment in this group,and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of(11.87±2.65)points in the observation group was lower than that of(19.22±3.35)points in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the serum FSH,LH and E2 levels were(8.39±2.83)IU/L,(7.67±1.68)IU/L and(145.15±28.05)pmol/L in the observation group,which were lower than those of(15.63±3.18)IU/L,(13.82±2.30)IU/L and(239.33±19.75)pmol/L in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the scores of physical function,role function and social function were(88.40±2.32),(88.43±3.81)and(88.90±3.46)points in the observation group,which were higher than those of(76.52±2.28),(76.19±3.62)and(77.01±3.30)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Hei's fire needle and Xiaoliu Decoction can obtain ideal therapeutic effect in the treatment of patients with uterine fibroids.It can not only relieve various clinical symptoms of patients,but also improve estrogen levels,improve quality of life and promote patients'rehabilitation,which is worthy of vigorous clinical promotion.
