浓缩生长因子联合脱蛋白牛骨基质骨粉在种植牙骨缺损修复中的应用

Application of concentrated growth factor combined with deproteinized bovine bone matrix bone powder in the restoration of bone defects in dental implants

摘要 目的探讨种植牙骨缺损修复中浓缩生长因子与脱蛋白牛骨基质骨粉联合应用的效果。方法此文将2019年2月-2020年2月收治的牙列缺损患者96例作为研究对象,对所有患者按照随机方式进行分组,对照组48例患者仅给予脱蛋白牛骨基质(DBBM,deproteinized bovine bone matrix)骨粉治疗,观察组48例患者在对照组的基础上给予浓缩生长因子(CGF,concentrate growth factors)治疗,统计分析种植成功率、治疗后不同时间段新生骨密度、骨厚度增量及种植体骨表面钙含量。结果两组之间种植成功率、新生骨密度、骨厚度增量及种植体骨表面钙含量相比,观察组较对照组高,P<0.05。结论对牙列缺损患者进行种植牙骨缺损修复治疗的过程中应用脱蛋白牛骨基质骨粉与浓缩生长因子联合治疗可提升疗效,提高种植成功率,降低感染及疼痛等并发症发生率,增加新生骨密度与骨厚度,提高骨表面钙含量。 Objective To investigate the effect of combined application of concentrated growth factor and deproteinized bovine bone matrix bone powder in the restoration of dental implant bone defects.Methods In this paper,96 patients with dentition defect admitted from February 2019 to February 2020 were taken as the research object.All patients were randomly divided into groups.The 48 patients in the control group were given only deproteinized bovine bone matrix(DBBM,deproteinized)treatment,48 patients in the observation group were treated with concentrated growth factors(CGF)on the basis of the control group.The success rate of implantation,the new bone density and the increase in bone thickness at different time periods after treatment were statistically analyzed.And the calcium content of the implant bone surface.Results Compared with the implantation success rate,new bone density,bone thickness increase and implant bone surface calcium content between the two groups,the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The combined treatment of deproteinized bovine bone matrix bone powder and concentrated growth factor in the treatment of dental implant bone defect in patients with dentition defect can improve the curative effect,increase the success rate of implantation,reduce the probability of infection and pain,and increase the new bone density With bone thickness,increase the calcium content of the bone surface.
