Investigation and analysis for serum lipid of 1454 cases of physical examination

目的调查此区域内一般人群的血脂水平及其特点,为相关人群的血脂异常防治打下一定基础。方法对1454名体检者血脂水平进行检测,按性别和年龄分组进行分析。结果男性组TG、TC、LDL-C水平均高于女性组(P<0.01)。中老年组TC、LDL-C水平高于青年组(P<0.05)。结论此区域一般人群血脂水平逐年升高,男性高于女性,中老年高于青年,需加强重点人群的监测及健康指导。

Objective To explore the blood lipid level and its characteristics in general population in our area and to base for the prevention of dyslipidemia in high risk population.Methods A total of 1454 cases of health physical examination were investiga.The levels of TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C were measured and to analye the results grouped by sex and age.Results The TG,TC and LDL-C in male group was higher than those in female group.The TC and LDL-C level in the middle-aged and elderly groups was higher than that of the young group(P<0.05).Conclusion The lipid level of the general population in this region is increasing year by year with that of males higher than that of females and that of middle-aged and elderly higher than young people.Therefore,monitoring and health guidance of higher risk population should be strengthened.
