The formulation of a nurse-led follow-up list of patients with head and neck tumors after surgery

目的由护士主导研制头颈肿瘤患者术后随访清单,旨在能动态了解头颈肿瘤患者术后康复情况及遇到的问题,促进患者术后康复。方法通过查阅文献,以访谈的方式研制头颈肿瘤患者随访清单初稿,并采用改良德尔菲法对中山大学肿瘤防治中心邀请的12名专家进行首轮问卷咨询,并对首轮返回问卷的10名专家开展第2轮问卷咨询,结合专家意见,编制头颈肿瘤患者术后随访清单。结果两轮专家咨询问卷有效回收率为91.67%和100.0%。经两轮咨询,专家权威系数为0.886,一、二、三级指标专家意见Kendall协调系数为0.225、0.198、0.255,最终形成头颈肿瘤患者术后随访清单,其中一级指标4项(包括生理状况、功能状况、情感状况、社会/家庭状况),二级指标14项。结论经专家评定,护士主导的头颈肿瘤患者术后随访清单科学、合理,能为头颈肿瘤患者术后动态随访评估及个体化随访方案的制定提供依据。

Objective To develop a postoperative follow-up list of head and neck tumor patients led by nurses,aiming to dynamically understand the postoperative rehabilitation of head and neck tumor patients and the problems encountered,and promote the postoperative recovery of patients.Method The first draft of the follow-up checklist for head and neck tumor patients was developed by consulting the literature,and the first round of questionnaire consultation was conducted with the 12 experts invited by the hospital using the modified Delphi method,and the second round was carried out through the 10 experts who returned to the questionnaire in the first round.Round questionnaire consultation,combined with expert opinions to compile a follow-up list of patients with head and neck tumors.Results The effective recovery rates of the 2 rounds of expert consultation questionnaires were 91.67%and 100.0%.After 2 rounds of consultation,the expert authority coefficient was 0.886,and the Kendall coordination coefficients of the first,second,and third-level indicators were 0.225,0.198,and 0.255.The postoperative follow-up list of patients with head and neck tumors was formed,including 4 first-level indicators(including physiological conditions),functional status,mental status,social/family status,14 secondary indicators.Conclusion The postoperative follow-up list of head and neck tumor patients led by experts assessed by nurses is scientific and reasonable,and can provide a basis for postoperative dynamic follow-up evaluation and individualized follow-up plan for head and neck tumor patients.
