个案管理模式在新生儿重症肺炎护理中的应用效果观察

Observation on the effect of case management mode in the nursing of newborn severe pneumonia

目的分析个案管理模式在新生儿重症肺炎护理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年8月-2022年10月遵义市第一人民医院收治的90例新生儿重症肺炎患儿进行研究,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用个案管理模式进行护理,比较两组患儿临床症状改善时间及住院时间、血气指标改善情况、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组退热、咳嗽及啰音改善时间、住院时间均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后两组血气指标均较护理前明显改善,观察组SpO2与PaO2高于对照组,PaCO_(2)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于常规护理,个案管理模式对新生儿重症肺炎的血气指标改善作用更为显著,有利于促进病情康复和减少不良反应。

Objective To investigate the effect of case management mode in the nursing of newborn severe pneumonia.Methods 90 cases of newborn severe pneumonia admitted to the First People's Hospital of Zunyi City from August 2021 to October 2022 were selected for the study,and were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table,the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given case management mode for nursing,the improvement of clinical symptoms,length of hospital stay,improvement of blood gas index and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement time of fever,cough and rale and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the blood gas indexes of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before nursing.SpO2 and PaO2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and PaCO_(2) was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with routine nursing,the case management mode has a more significant effect on improving the blood gas index of newborn severe pneumonia,which is conducive to promoting the recovery of the disease and reducing adverse reactions.
