癌痛规范化护理对提高晚期癌痛患者生活质量的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of standardized nursing for cancer pain on improving the quality of life of patients with advanced cancer pain

目的观察癌痛规范化护理对提高晚期癌症患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年1月1日-2022年6月30日期间在北京市昌平区医院行相关治疗的160例晚期癌症患者作为研究对象。在患者知情并同意的情况下,按照患者的实际意愿,将这些患者分成两个组别:一组是实施常规护理模式的常规组;另一组是实施癌痛规范化护理的规范组,对比两组患者护理前后的生活质量差异。结果相较于常规组,规范组NRS疼痛评分改善效果更加明显,P<0.05;PSQI评分降低幅度更大,P<0.05;QOL评分上升幅度更高,P<0.05。结论给予晚期癌症患者癌痛规范化护理,可以减轻患者痛苦,提高睡眠质量,调节患者积极的心理状态,提升生活质量,是一种值得推广实践的护理方案。

Objective To observe the effect of standardized nursing for cancer pain on improving the quality of life of patients with advanced cancer pain.Methods 160 patients with advanced cancer who received relevant treatment in our department from January 1,2018 to June 30,2022 were selected as the study subjects.With the knowledge and consent,the patients were divided into two groups according to the actual wishes of the patients:one group was the routine group to implement the usual mode of care,while the other group was the standardized group of standardized care for cancer pain,which compared the difference in quality of life between the two groups before and after care.Results Compared with the conventional group,the improvement effect of NRS pain score in standard group was more obvious,P<0.05;PSQI score decreased significantly,P<0.05;QOL score increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized care of cancer pain for advanced cancer patients can reduce the pain of patients,improve the sleep quality of patients,regulate the positive psychological state of patients,and also improve the quality of life.It is a nursing program worth promoting practice.
