精细化护理干预对手术室麻醉复苏期患者的影响

Effect of refined nursing interventions on patients during anesthesia resuscitation in the operating room

目的探究精细化护理干预对全麻术后复苏期患者的临床效果。方法收集天津市第四中心医院进行全身麻醉外科手术患者共40例,按计算机数字随机排序法分为对照组和观察组,每组各20例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用精细化护理干预,应用不同时段认知功能量表(MMSE)、运动功能量表(FMA)、麻醉恢复评分(PARS)、护理满意度分别进行评分。结果两组的MMSE评分中,术后1h、术后3h观察组均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组FMA评分、PARS评分及护理满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室麻醉复苏期患者应用精细化护理干预对患者术后意识及运动功能恢复起到积极作用,提高了护理满意度,值得在临床工作中应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of refined nursing intervention on patients with resuscitation after general anesthesia.Methods A total of 40 patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery were collected from our hospital.According to the computer number random sorting method,40 cases were divided into control group and observation group,20 cases per group.The control group used routine care,and the observation group used refined nursing intervention.To apply Cognitive Function Scale(mini-mental state examination,MMSE),Motor Function Scale(Fugl-Meyer assessment,FMA),Anesthesia Recovery Score(PARS),and Nursing Satisfaction were scored at different times.Results In the MMSE scores of both groups,the observation group at 1h after surgery and 3h after surgery were significantly better than those in the control group,statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In the FMA score,PARS score and nursing satisfaction scores of both groups,the observation group was higher than the control group,statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined nursing intervention in patients with anesthesia resuscitation in the operating room has a positive effect on the recovery of postoperative consciousness and motor function,care satisfaction can be improved and it is worth applying in clinical work.
