经皮椎间孔镜联合经皮钉内固定治疗胸腰椎结核的围术期护理研究

Perioperative nursing of thoracolumbar tuberculosis treated by percutaneous foraminoscope combined with percutaneous nail fixation

目的探讨个体化围术期护理在经皮椎间孔镜联合经皮钉内固定治疗胸腰椎结核患者中的应用效果。方法采用随机数字表法将阳江市第三人民医院2019年6月-2022年11月收治的88例胸腰椎结核患者分为对照组(44例,采取常规干预)和观察组(44例,实施个体化围术期护理干预),干预至患者出院。比较两组心理状态、并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果观察组干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组,并发症发生率为4.55%,低于对照组的20.45%,护理满意度(95.45%)高于对照组(81.82%)(P<0.05)。结论个体化围术期护理能够减轻经皮椎间孔镜联合经皮钉内固定治疗胸腰椎结核患者的消极情绪,减少并发症发生,促进护理满意度提升。

Objective To investigate the application effect of individualized perioperative nursing in the treatment of thoracolumbar tuberculosis by percutaneous foraminoscope combined with percutaneous nail fixation.Methods A total of 88 patients with thoracolumbar tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to November 2022 were divided into control group(44 cases receiving routine intervention)and observation group(44 cases receiving individualized perioperative nursing intervention)by random number table method.The intervention lasted until the patient was discharged.The psychological state,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the complication rate was 4.55%,which was lower than that in the control group(20.45%),and the nursing satisfaction(95.45%)was higher than that in the control group(81.82%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized perioperative nursing can alleviate negative emotions,reduce complications and promote nursing satisfaction in patients with thoracolumbar tuberculosis treated by percutaneous foraminoscope combined with percutaneous nail fixation.
