督脉灸联合铜砭刮痧治疗乳腺癌患者癌因性疲乏的临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of cancer related fatigue in breast cancer patients with Dumai moxibustion and copper bian scraping

目的探讨督脉灸联合铜砭刮痧治疗乳腺癌患者癌因性疲乏的临床应用效果。方法选取2021年6月-2022年6月在湖南省肿瘤医院诊断并收治的60例乳腺癌患者。采用简单随机分组法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者采用督脉灸治疗,观察组患者采用督脉灸联合铜砭刮痧治疗,两组均治疗4个月。治疗前后,比较两组乳腺癌患者中医证候、癌因性疲乏、疼痛评分(VAS)和生活质量。结果治疗后,观察组和对照组乳房胀痛、神疲食少和月经失调症状评分均明显低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组和对照组癌因性疲乏评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组和对照组VAS评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组和对照组生活质量评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论督脉灸联合铜砭刮痧可有效改善乳腺癌患者的癌因性疲乏,降低化疗后的疼痛感,改善生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical application of Dumai moxibustion combined with copper bian scraping in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue in breast cancer patients.Methods 60 patients with breast cancer diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected.The patients in the control group were randomly divided into 30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the observation group.The patients in the control group were treated with Dumai moxibustion,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Dumai moxibustion combined with copper bian scraping.Both groups were treated for 4 months.Before and after treatment,the TCM syndromes,cancer-related fatigue and pain score(VAS)and quality of life of breast cancer patients in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of breast pain,mental fatigue,anorexia and menstrual disorders in the observation group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the score of cancer-related fatigue in the observation group and the control group was lower than that before treatment,and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the VAS score of the observation group and the control group was lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the quality of life scores of the observation group and the control group were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dumai moxibustion combined with copper bian scraping can effectively improve cancer-related fatigue of breast cancer patients,reduce pain after chemotherapy,and improve quality of life.
