摘要
数据中心是数字经济时代最重要的基础设施,是我国“新基建”的重要组成部分。随着国家“碳达峰、碳中和”目标的逐步推进,数据中心高能耗问题越发凸显并亟待解决。第三代半导体器件的优异性能和应用的逐渐成熟,使其在新型电源系统和储能中的应用成为可能。基于此提出未来数据中心供电系统的发展方向,数据中心供电系统可以成为中国电网系统的有机组成部分。
Data centers are the most important infrastructure in the digital economy era and an important component of China's"new infrastructure".With the gradual progress of the national goal of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality",the problem of high energy consumption in data centers has become increasingly prominent and needs to be solved urgently.The article further analyzes the development direction of future data center power supply systems.The excellent performance and gradual maturity of third-generation semiconductor devices have made their application in new power systems and energy storage possible.Proposed the development direction of future data center power supply systems.The data center power supply system can become an organic component of China's power grid system.
