摘要 开展土地生态敏感性评价可以揭示土地环境敏感程度的空间分异状况,反应研究区域土地问题的严重程度。本文以酒泉市肃州区为研究对象,选取高程、坡度、土地利用类型、道路、水域、植被覆盖度6个影响因子作为土地敏感性评价因子,运用GIS空间分析技术在单因子评价的基础上,采用变异系数法确定各因子权重,再利用空间叠加分析功能进行多因子综合评价,对土地生态环境敏感性进行综合分析,按生态环境敏感度高低划分为不敏感区、轻度敏感区、中度敏感区、重度敏感区。结果表明,肃州区土地生态环境敏感性空间分异明显,总体处于轻度与中度偏低水平,轻度敏感区占总面积的63.89%,中度敏感区占总面积的34.35%,不敏感区占总面积的1.34%,重度敏感区仅占总面积的0.42%,并在此基础上针对不同土地生态敏感性区域提出差别性的用地管控策略,为更好地保护和改善生态环境、开展国土空间规划编制提供了重要的依据和参考。 The evaluation of land ecological sensitivity can reveal the spatial differentiation of land environmental sensitivity and reflect the severity of land problems in the study area.Selection of Jiuquan City,this paper takes the state as the research object,elevation,slope,land use type,road,water,vegetation coverage six factors as land sensitivity evaluation factors,using the GIS spatial analysis technology on the basis of single factor evaluation,variation coefficient method is used to determine the factor weights,reuse spatial overlay analysis function in multi-factor comprehensive evaluation.The sensitivity of land ecological environment was comprehensively analyzed and classified into insensitive area,mild sensitive area,moderate sensitive area and severe sensitive area according to the sensitivity of ecological environment.The results show that,the spatial sensitivity of land ecological environment in Suzhou District is obviously different,which is generally at the mild and moderate low level.The mild sensitive area accounts for 63.89%of the total area,the moderate sensitive area accounts for 34.35%,the insensitive area accounts for 1.34%,and the severe sensitive area only accounts for 0.42%.On this basis,differentiated land use management and control strategies are proposed for different ecologically sensitive areas of land,which provides important basis and reference for better protection and improvement of ecological environment and development of territorial space planning.
