On Connotation,Goal and Strategy of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education of Higher Vocational Institutions in the New Era

结合新时代要求和高职教育的特点,界定了高职创新创业教育的内涵,强调其突出技术、工艺和业务流程创新,强化实践和寓创新创业教育于专业教育的特质。分析了其社会价值、个体价值和教育价值辩证统一的价值目标和分层培养的目标体系。认为以科学的理念引领高职创新创业教育改革创新,创新校、政、企协同育人机制,建构“专、创融合”的人才培养体系,完善支持、保障机制等是高职创新创业教育改革创新实践路径的必然选择。

Based on the demands in the new era and the characteristics of higher vocational education,the paper defines the connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational education,emphasizes its fea-tures of highlighting innovation in technology,technique and business process and strengthening practice and integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into speciality.Then the paper analyzes the dialectical unity of such value goals as social value,individual value and education value and the cultivation goal system according to different levels.Finally,the author of the paper puts forward that it is the inevitable choice of constructive strategies of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in higher vocational education to innovate the mechanism of school-government-en-terprise cooperation in educating students,construct the talent training system of“speciality-innovation integration”and improve the support and safeguard mechanism under the guidance of the scientific concept.
