高温差地区橡胶沥青混合料性能及其应用研究

摘要 为改善温差较大的西北地区的沥青混合料性能,本文对原材料选择、橡胶沥青配制、集料级配、沥青用量进行优化设计,进而采用车辙试验、低温弯曲试验及疲劳试验,研究其混合料的使用性能。结果表明:橡胶粉适宜掺量为18%,沥青适宜用量为7.4%;随着温度升高,应力增大,橡胶沥青混合料高温特性得以提升,抗疲劳寿命明显改善;用0.83 mm橡胶沥青混合料力学特性大于0.38 mm的橡胶沥青;施工质量(构造深度、渗水系数、压实度)指标优异,可为高温差地区橡胶沥青混合料的施工提供参考。 In order to improve the performance of asphalt mixture in northwest China where the temperature difference is large,this paper optimizes the selection of raw materials,the preparation of rubber asphalt,aggregate grading and the amount of asphalt.Then,rut test,low temperature bending test and fatigue test are used to study the performance of the mixture.The results show that the content of rubber powder is 18%and the content of asphalt is 7.4%.With the increase of temperature/stress,the high temperature characteristics of rubber asphalt mixture can be improved,and the fatigue life is obviously improved.The mechanical properties of 0.83 mm rubber asphalt mixture are greater than 0.38 mm rubber asphalt.The construction quality(structure depth,water permeability coefficient,compaction degree)index is excellent,which can provide reference for the construction of rubber asphalt mixture in high temperature difference area.
