摘要
温度应力是导致结构开裂的重要因素。对于封闭容器型结构,即使严格按照规范设置伸缩缝,在施工期内仍然出现开裂的情况,对其原因进行研究具有重要的技术价值。本文通过对某水厂叠合水池下层封闭空间外墙开裂原因分析,揭示了在施工期内昼夜温差应力效应是导致封闭容器型结构开裂的主要原因,提出结构设计中的“封闭容器温度效应”概念,并总结了相关对策及处理措施,可为同类建(构)筑物结构设计及施工提供借鉴。
Temperature stress is an important factor leading to structural cracking.For closed container structure,even if the expansion joint is set strictly in accordance with the specification,cracks occur during the construction period,and it is of important technical value to study the reasons.Based on the analysis of the reasons for the cracking of the outer wall of the lower closed space of the superimposed tank in a water plant,this paper reveals that the diurnal temperature difference stress effect is the main reason for the cracking of the closed container structure during the construction period,the concept of“closed container temperature effect”in structural design is put forward,and the relevant countermeasures and treatment measures are summerized,which can provide references for the design and construction of similar structures.
