长螺旋钻孔压灌桩在某综合医疗楼桩基工程中的应用

Application of long auger drilled pressure pile in foundation construction of the general medical buiding of a hopital

本文以某医院综合医疗楼长螺旋钻孔压灌桩基础为例,介绍了长螺旋钻孔压灌桩施工过程中的钻孔、压灌混凝土、插钢筋笼等施工关键技术。针对长螺旋钻孔压灌桩常见的断桩、缩径等质量缺陷,本文提出了处理和防范措施。根据现场检测,桩基全部合格,实测建筑物的沉降量也符合设计要求。本文所述长螺旋钻孔压灌桩的施工质量达到了预期的效果,可为今后的类似工程施工提供参考。

Taking the long auger bored pile foundation of the general medical building of a hospital as an example,the key construction technologies of the long auger bored pile in the construction process are introduced,such as drilling,pressing concrete and inserting steel cage.In view of the common quality defects of long auger bored pile,such as broken pile and reduced diameter,the treatment and prevention measures are put forward.According to the field test,all the pile foundation is qualified,and the settlement of the measured building also meets the design requirements.The construction quality of the auger bored pile has achieved the expected effect,which can provide reference for the construction of similar projects in the future.
