基于扎根理论的绿色施工制约因素理论模型研究

Research on the Theoretical Model of Green Construction Constraints Based on Grounded Theory

将绿色施工落实到建筑施工过程中是实现建筑业可持续发展的重要举措。全面识别阻碍绿色施工推广实施因素与提高绿色施工实施水平已成为行业绿色转型的关键。使用扎根理论研究方法,通过与从事绿色施工相关工作的人员进行一对一交流访谈,获取访谈资料,并对资料进行三级编码,建立绿色施工制约因素的理论模型。结果显示,前置因素(经济、意识)与情境因素(政策、管理、施工特性及市场)构成制约绿色施工的主要因素。研究成果可为地方政府及相关单位推进绿色施工提供参考。

The implementation of green construction into the construction process is an important measure to achieve sustainable development of the construction industry.Comprehensively identifying the factors that hinder the implementation of green construction and promotion and the improvement of green construction and implementation have become the key to the industry's green transformation.Using rooting theoretical research methods,one-to-one exchange interviews with personnel engaged in green construction related work,obtain interview materials,and conduct three-level encoding information to establish a theoretical model of green construction constraints.The results show that the pre-factors s(economy,consciousness)and the situational factors(policy,management,construction characteristics and market)constitute the main factors restricting the green construction.To some extent,this study can provide reference significance for local governments and related units to promote green construction.
