多团队协同背景下的HBIM理念在建筑遗产保护工程应用策略:以鼓浪屿八卦楼为例

HBIM Concept Application Strategy of Heritage Conservation Projects in the Context of Multi-team Collaboration:A Case of Eight Diagrams House in Kulangsu

分析了多团队协同背景下建筑遗产保护工程中HBIM理念的应用现状,并以鼓浪屿八卦楼保护项目HBIM平台应用为案例,建立了HBIM理念在建筑遗产保护工程的应用策略框架。从前期资料收集、中期设计、施工及后期运营的全生命周期特点出发,梳理了建设、科研、设计及施工单位等参建团队在各阶段HBIM应用策略模式与工作职能,以提高建筑遗产信息的精确性、数据的集成性、成果的直观性、沟通的高效性,实现建筑遗产保护工程的流程优化,保证建筑遗产的修复质量和效率。

This paper analyses the application condition of the HBIM concept in built heritage conservation projects in the context of multi-team collaboration and designs an application strategy framework of the HBIM concept in built heritage conservation projects based on the case of Eight Diagrams House HBIM platform on Kulangsu.This paper also summarizes the application of HBIM strategies and the responsibilities of teams such as developer,researcher,designer,and constructer based on the characteristics of different stages through the whole projects life circle which includes information collection,design,construction,and operation.It can help to improve the information accuracy,data integration,project visualization,and communication efficiency in built heritage conservation projects and optimizes the whole project process to improve the project quality and efficiency.
