乡村土地资源对农民工迁移意愿的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Rural Land Resources on Migrant Workers’Migration Willingness

基于全国流动人口动态监测调查数据,在生命周期视角下利用双重差分模型和Logistic模型分析土地和年龄相互作用对农民工迁移意愿的影响,并验证土地资源功能存在替代性的问题。结果证实:宅基地对农民工迁移意愿影响更为显著;土地资源支撑了年轻一代在城市打拼的意愿,同时也成为老一代人回乡生活的保障;当土地的功能性在城市得到替代,农民工对土地的依赖减弱,留城意愿明显增强。因此需要正确认识土地的“蓄水池”作用,并且在城市端给予农民工多方面制度性保障,助力市民化发展,进一步促进新型城镇化。

Based on the data from the dynamic monitoring survey of the national floating population,the dual difference model and logistic model are used to analyze the impact of the interaction between land and age on migrant workers'willingness to migrate from the perspective of the life cycle,and to verify the existence of substitutability issues in the function of land resources.The results show that homestead has a more significant impact on migrant workers'willingness to migrate.Land resources support the willingness of the younger generation to work hard in the city,and also become a guarantee for the older generation to return to their hometown and live.When the functionality of land is replaced in cities,migrant workers'dependence on land decreases,and their willingness to stay in cities increases significantly.Therefore,it is necessary to correctly understand the role of land as a"reservoir",and provide migrant workers with various institutional guarantees at the urban end,to assist in the development of urbanization and further promote new urbanization.
