美洲大蠊凝胶预防放疗引起放射性皮肤损伤的效果

Effect of Periplaneta Americana gel on preventing skin injury caused by radiation therapy

目的探讨美洲大蠊凝胶治疗放疗引起放射性皮肤损伤的效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年8月大理州人民医院收治的110例初治首程放疗的头颈部肿瘤及乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法分为用药组(55例)和空白对照组(55例),用药组使用美洲大蠊凝胶涂抹于放射野内皮肤上,空白对照组使用空白凝胶涂抹于放射野内皮肤上。观察两组患者急性放射性皮炎发生率、急性放射性皮炎治疗有效率、疼痛缓解程度、慢性放射性皮炎防治疗效及不良反应。结果用药组急性放射性皮炎发生率低于空白对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药组急性放射性皮炎治疗有效率高于空白对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药组疼痛发生率低于空白对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。放疗结束后90d随访,用药组患者慢性放射性皮炎发生率低于空白对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论美洲大蠊凝胶对于防治放射性皮炎效果良好,可减轻患者痛苦,为放疗患者顺利进行治疗提供保障。

Objective To investigate the effect of Periplaneta Americana gel on skin injury caused by radiation therapy.Methods From January 2021 to August 2022,110 patients with head and neck tumors and breast cancer treated by the first course radiotherapy in People's Hospital of Dali Prefecture were selected as the research objects.They were divided into drug group(55 cases)and blank control group(55 cases)by drawing lots.The drug group used Periplaneta Americana gel to smear on the skin in the radiation field,and the blank control group used blank gel to smear on the skin in the radiation field.The incidence of acute radiation dermatitis,the effective rate of acute radiation dermatitis,the degree of pain relief,the curative effect and adverse reactions of chronic radiation dermatitis were observed.Results The incidence of acute radiation dermatitis in the drug group was lower than that in the blank control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment of acute radiation dermatitis in the drug group was higher than that in the blank control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score of the drug group was lower than that of the blank control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of chronic radiation dermatitis in the drug group was lower than that in the blank control group at 90 days after radiotherapy,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Periplaneta Americana gel has a good effect on the prevention and treatment of radiation dermatitis,can alleviate the pain of patients,and provide guarantee for the smooth treatment of radiotherapy patients.
