暗灰链霉菌次生代谢产物的分离鉴定与抗肿瘤活性研究

摘要 采用凝胶柱色谱、硅胶柱色谱、液相色谱等方法从暗灰链霉菌的次生代谢产物中分离获得单体成分,并使用现代波谱学方法鉴定了其结构式.所分离鉴定的8个化合物分别为:1)β⁃adenosine;2)aloesaponar⁃in II;3)GTRI⁃02;4)indole;5)hydroxy aloesaponarinⅡ;6)BSM1;7)beijinchrome D;8)phaeochromycin H.使用CCK8法对上述化合物的体外抗肿瘤活性测试结果表明,其中aloesaponarin II和hydroxy aloesaponarinⅡ具有较好的抗肿瘤活性. Several compounds were isolated from secondary metabolites of Streptomyces canus by using silica column chromatography,Sephadex LH⁃20 column chromatography,and liquid chromatography.Besides,the components’structural formula were identified by modern spectroscopy.A total of 8 compounds were identified,which were 1)β⁃adenosine,2)aloesaponarin II,3)GTRI⁃02,4)indole,5)hydroxy aloesaponarinⅡ,6)BSM1,7)beijinchrome D and 8)phaeochromycin H.The in vitro antitumor activity of the compound was determined by CCK8 method.The results showed that among the 8 compounds,aloesaponarin II and hydroxy aloesaponarinⅡhad good antitumor activity.
