静脉治疗专科护士资质再认证考评指标体系构建的质性研究

A qualitative study on the construction of the re-certification evaluation index system for the qualifications of intravenous therapy specialist nurses

目的基于专科护士视角构建静脉治疗专科护士资质再认证考评指标体系,为我国专科护士资质再认证管理体系的构建提供参考依据。方法采用目的抽样法,于2021年2—7月选取北京市房山区3家三级医院的12名静脉治疗专科护士为研究对象,进行半结构式深度访谈,运用主题分析法对访谈资料进行分析,提取资质再认证的考评指标。结果静脉治疗专科护士再认证考评指标体系包括8个主题(专业实践能力、专业理论知识、专业创新和发展能力、批判性思维能力、沟通协调能力、专业态度、法律实践与伦理实践能力、护理管理能力)和29个亚主题。结论基于静脉治疗专科护士质性访谈构建的专科护士资质再认证考评指标体系包括8个能力主题,可为静脉治疗专科护士再认证管理体系的建立提供参考。

Objective To construct the recertification evaluation index system for the qualifications of intravenous therapy specialist nurses based on the perspective of specialist nurses,so as to provide a reference basis for the construction of a re-certification management scheme for specialized nurses in China.MethodsUsing the purpose sampling method,a total of 12 intravenous therapy specialist nurses from 3 tertiary hospitals in Fangshan District,Beijing were selected as the research objects from February to July 2021 for semi-structured in-depth interviews.Subject analysis method was used to analyze the interview data and extract the evaluation indexes of qualification re-certification.ResultsThe re-certification evaluation index system of intravenous therapy specialist nurses included 8 topics(professional practice ability,professional theoretical knowledge,professional innovation and development ability,critical thinking ability,communication and coordination ability,professional attitude,legal practice and ethical practice ability,nursing management ability)and 29 sub-topics.ConclusionsThe qualification re-certification evaluation index system for specialized nurses based on qualitative interviews with intravenous therapy specialist nurses includes 8 ability themes,which can provide reference for the establishment of a re-certification management system for intravenous therapy specialist nurses.
