摘要
本文从经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)的维护现状、患者导管维护依从性的影响因素以及干预措施等方面进行综述,分析认为我国需要进一步发展PICC维护网络,加强PICC专科护士的培训学习和患者的健康教育,旨在提高患者的导管维护依从性,实现PICC维护优质护理服务。
This article reviews the maintenance status of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC),the influencing factors of patients'catheter maintenance compliance and intervention measures.It is believed that China needs to further develop the PICC maintenance network,strengthen the training and learning of PICC specialist nurses and the health education of patients,in order to improve patients'catheter maintenance compliance and achieve high-quality PICC maintenance nursing services.
