乳杆菌联合干扰素对宫颈高危型HPV持续感染的疗效观察 被引量:1

Effect of Lactobacillus combined with interferon on persistent cervical high-risk HPV infection

摘要 目的观察阴道乳杆菌胶囊联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)持续感染的临床效果。方法将150例宫颈高危型HPV持续感染而液基细胞学检查或阴道镜检查、活组织病理检查均阴性的患者随机分为两组。其中,对照组76例,予以重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗;观察组74例,予以阴道乳杆菌胶囊联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗。两组患者均连续用药90 d。比较两组HPV转阴率和阴道微生态改善情况。结果观察组总有效率为85.1%,对照组为61.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者阴道微生态情况均有所好转,且观察组改善情况更为显著(P<0.05)。结论阴道乳杆菌胶囊联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶能明显提高宫颈高危型HPV持续感染的转阴率,阴道微生态恢复平衡的恢复有助于HR-HPV持续感染的转阴。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Lactobacillus vaginalis capsules combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b gel on persistent infection with cervical high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV).Methods A total of 150 patients with cervical HR-HPV persistent infection and negative liquid based cytology were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(76 cases)received recombinant human interferonα-2b gel treatment,while the observation group(74 cases)was treated with vaginal lactobacillus capsules combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b gel;both groups were treated with continuous medication for 3 months as a treatment cycle.The negative rate of HPV and the improvement of vaginal microecology were compared between the two groups.Results The total response rate was 85.1%in the observation group vs 61.8%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the vaginal microecology of the patients in both groups was improved,and the improvement was more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Lactobacillus vaginalis capsule with recombinant human interferonα-2b gel can significantly improve the conversion rate of cervical high-risk HPV infection,and the recovery of vaginal microecological balance contributes to the conversion rate of HR-HPV infection.
