肠道菌群失调促进放射性肠炎发生的研究进展

摘要 放射性肠炎(radiation enteritis,RE)是经放射治疗腹部和盆腔恶性肿瘤后所产生的肠道放射性损伤,因放射治疗的广泛应用,发病率呈现出逐年上升趋势,是临床常见的并发症之一。肠道微生物在宿主肠道内构建了一个复杂的微生态系统,对机体正常生理状态的维持至关重要。放射线通过诱发肠道炎性反应,破坏肠道屏障功能,引起紧密连接受损,黏液分泌和菌群代谢产物异常,促进和加重放射性肠损伤。总之,RE的发生和发展过程极其复杂,越来越多的研究表明,肠道菌群失调在RE发展过程中起着关键作用。本文就肠道菌群失调促进RE发生机制的最新进展作一综述。 Radiation enteritis(RE)is a radiation injury caused by radiation therapy for malignant tumors of the abdomen and pelvis,and is one of the common clinical complications.The incidence rate of radiation enteritis has been increasing year by year because of the wide application of radiotherapy.Intestinal microorganisms construct a very complex micro ecosystem in the host intestine,which is very important for the maintenance of normal physiological state.Radiation can induce intestinal inflammatory reaction,destroy intestinal barrier function,cause tight junction damage,abnormal mucus secretion and abnormal microbial metabolites,and promote and aggravate radiation-induced intestinal injury.In conclusion,the occurrence and development of radiation enteritis are extremely complex processes.More and more studies have shown that gut microbiota dysbiosis plays a key role in the development of radiation enteritis.In this paper,the latest progress in research on intestinal flora imbalance in promoting the occurrence of radiation enteritis is reviewed.
