卵巢肿瘤患者中使用MRI扫描诊断的影像学特征与检出结果研究

Imaging Features and Findings of MRI Scan Diagnosis in Patients with Ovarian Tumors

目的探究MRI扫描诊断在卵巢肿瘤患者中的影像学特征和检出结果。方法选择2021年1月—2022年1月期间青岛滨海学院附属医院收治的90例疑似卵巢肿瘤患者,均提供MRI扫描诊断,以最终病理诊断作为金标准,分析MRI扫描诊断的影像学特征和检查的结果。结果病理诊断结果显示,阳性率为36.67%高于MRI扫描诊断阳性率的35.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MRI扫描诊断的敏感度为90.91%、特异度为96.49%、准确性为94.44%、阳性预测值为93.75%、阴性预测值为94.83%。Kappa值为0.880。MRI扫描诊断囊腺瘤的诊断符合率为85.71%,其他病变类型的诊断符合率均为100.00%,总诊断符合率为96.97%。结论卵巢肿瘤患者采用MRI扫描诊断具有较高的应用价值,能够清晰显示卵巢肿瘤的情况,对于临床诊治具有重要参考价值。

Objective To explore the imaging features and detection results of MRI scan in patients with ovarian tumor.Methods 90 patients with suspected ovarian tumors admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao Binhai University from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected to provide MRI scanning diagnosis,and the final pathological diagnosis was taken as the gold standard to analyze the imaging characteristics and examination results of MRI scanning diagnosis.Results The pathological diagnosis results showed that the positive rate was 36.67%,which was higher than the MRI scan diagnosis positive rate of 35.56%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity of MRI scanning diagnosis was 90.91%,specificity was 96.49%,accuracy was 94.44%,positive predictive value was 93.75%,and negative predictive value was 94.83%.The Kappa value was 0.880.The diagnostic coincidence rate of MRI scanning in the diagnosis of Cystadenoma was 85.71%,the diagnostic coincidence rate of other disease types was 100.00%,and the total diagnostic coincidence rate was 96.97%.Conclusion MRI scan diagnosis for patients with ovarian tumor has high application value and can clearly show the situation of ovarian tumor,which has important reference value for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
