口腔手术显微镜治疗隐裂牙的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Cracked Teeth Treated by Oral Operating Microscope

目的探讨对隐裂牙患者采用显微镜器械完成口腔手术治疗后获得临床效果。方法选取2019年8月—2021年5月山东国欣颐养集团枣庄中心医院收治的84例隐裂牙患者作为研究对象;采用随机数表法分组,每组42例,参照组采用一次性根管完成疾病治疗,研究组采用显微镜器械完成一次性根管治疗。比较两组患者的手术总有效率、不良反应(疼痛、出血、感染)总发生率。结果研究组隐裂牙患者手术总有效率为95.24%高于参照组的76.19%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.222,P<0.05);研究组隐裂牙患者不良反应(疼痛、出血、感染)总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床针对隐裂牙患者在治疗期间,口腔手术显微镜器械的有效应用,可保证隐裂牙手术的精准性,充分保障其治疗效果,对其牙生理功能的恢复,显著减少不良反应。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of oral surgery on patients with cracked teeth using microscope instruments.Methods A total of 84 patients with cracked teeth admitted to Zaozhuang Central Hospital of Shandong Guoxin Yiyang Group from August 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into groups by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with disposable root canal to complete the disease treatment,and the study group was treated with microscope instruments to complete the disposable root canal treatment.The total effective rate of operation and the total incidence of adverse reactions(pain,bleeding,infection)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of surgery in patients with cracked teeth in the study group was 95.24%higher than 76.19%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.222,P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions(pain,bleeding,infection)in patients with cracked teeth in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of patients with cracked teeth,the effective application of oral surgical microscope instruments can ensure the accuracy of cracked teeth surgery,fully guarantee the therapeutic effect,restore the physiological function of their teeth,and significantly reduce adverse reactions.
