摘要
目的探究急性咽喉炎患者采用超声雾化吸入治疗的效果。方法选取2021年10月—2022年10月深圳市萨米医疗中心收治的70例急性咽喉炎患者为研究对象,按照双盲法分为两组,对照组(n=35)提供常规对症治疗,研究组(n=35)提供超声雾化吸入治疗,对两组急性咽喉炎患者疗效开展对比。结果与对照组相比,研究组治疗总有效率(94.29%)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.436,P=0.011)。研究组咽喉疼痛、咽喉黏膜充血、咽喉部异物感、声嘶等临床症状消失时间(2.69±0.79)、(2.41±0.56)、(3.30±0.98)、(3.50±0.84)d短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组肿瘤坏死因子-α(88.93±20.45)ng/L、白介素-1(108.98±18.65)ng/L、白介素-6(58.46±10.52)ng/L小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组体温下降时间和体温稳定时间(3.20±1.03)h、(2.00±0.35)d短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性咽喉炎患者采用超声雾化吸入治疗效果显著,可以缩短患者的症状消退时间,改善炎症指标,提高疗效。
Objective To explore the effect of ultrasonic aerosol inhalation in patients with acute pharyngitis.Methods Seventy patients with acute pharyngitis admitted to Sami Medical Center in Shenzhen from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research object and divided into two groups according to double-blind method.The control group(n=35)received conventional symptomatic treatment,and the study group(n=35)received ultrasonic aerosol inhalation therapy.The effect of acute pharyngitis in two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the study group was higher(94.29%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.436,P=0.011).The disappearance time of throat pain,throat congestion,throat foreign body sensation,hoarseness and other clinical symptoms in the study group(2.69±0.79)d,(2.41±0.56)d,(3.30±0.98)d,(3.50±0.84)d were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Tumor necrosis factor-α(88.93±20.45)ng/L,interleukin-1(108.98±18.65)ng/L and interleukin-6(58.46±10.52)ng/L in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The decrease time and stable time of body temperature(3.20±1.03)h,(2.00±0.35)d in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of acute pharyngitis with ultrasonic aerosol inhalation has significant effect,which can shorten the time of symptom remission,improve inflammatory indicators and improve curative effect.
