中西医结合用药治疗老年冠心病合并高血压的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Integrative Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Hypertension

目的探讨老年冠心病合并高血压患者开展中西医结合用药治疗对提高临床疗效及改善各项指标的效果。方法选取2019年5月—2022年5月菏泽医学专科学校附属医院中100例老年冠心病合并高血压患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组实行常规西医治疗,观察组进行中西医结合用药治疗;评估比较两组临床疗效、血压及血脂指标水平变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.00%,较对照组的80.00%更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.332,P<0.05);治疗后,两组舒张压、收缩压水平较治疗前均明显降低,且观察组较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C均明显改善,且观察组血脂水平较对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年冠心病合并高血压患者治疗中开展中西医结合用药治疗,可取得确切治疗效果,能更好地控制机体血压、血脂水平,延缓疾病进展。

Objective To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment on improving clinical curative effect and various indicators in elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension.Methods 100 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension in the Affiliated Hospital of Heze Medical College from May 2019 to May 2022 were selected,and divideed into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine Western medicine treatment,while the observation group received a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment.Evaluated and compared the clinical efficacy,changes in blood pressure and lipid levels between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than the 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.332,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of diastolic and systolic blood pressure in both groups were significantly reduced compared to before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TC,TG,LDL-C,and HDL-C in both groups were significantly improved,and the observation group had a better level than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension,integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can achieve a definite therapeutic effect,better control the body's blood pressure and blood lipid levels,and delay the progression of the disease.
