牙体缺损患者进行二氧化锆烤瓷牙修复的临床有效性研究

Clinical Effectiveness of Zirconium Dioxide Porcelain Dental Restoration in Patients with Dental Defects

目的探究牙体缺损患者进行二氧化锆烤瓷牙修复的临床效果。方法选取2018年12月—2021年12月山东健康集团莱芜中心医院口腔科收治的牙体缺损患者60例为研究对象,采用硬币法将其分为观察组(二氧化锆烤瓷牙修复)和参照组(常规金合金烤瓷牙修复),各30例。比较两组患者治疗后的牙周指数、治疗效果、并发症发生率等。结果观察组的GI、PD、BI、PLI得分均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率86.67%高于参照组的63.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.356,P<0.05)。研究组的并发症发生率13.33%低于参照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.455,P<0.05)。结论针对牙体缺损患者,给予二氧化锆烤瓷牙修复治疗,具有显著的临床疗效,可改善牙周指数,且具有较高的安全性。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of zirconium dioxide porcelain dental restoration in patients with dental defects.Methods A total of 60 patients with tooth defects admitted to the Department of Stomatology of Laiwu Central Hospital of Shandong Health Group from December 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into an observation group(Zirconium dioxide ceramic tooth restoration)and a reference group(conventional gold alloy ceramic tooth restoration)by the coin method,with 30 cases in each group.Compared the periodontal index,treatment effect,and incidence of complications of two groups of patients after treatment.Results The GI,PD,BI,and PLI scores of the observation group were all better than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%,higher than that of the reference group,which was 63.33%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.356,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 13.33%,lower than the reference group's 40.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.455,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with tooth defects,the zirconia ceramic tooth restoration treatment has significant clinical efficacy,can improve the periodontal index,and has high safety.
