依帕司他联合胰激肽原酶在2型糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者中的应用效果

摘要 目的依帕司他联合胰激肽原酶在2型糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—2021年1月山东省郯城县第一人民医院收治的2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者128例为研究对象,随机分为观察组、对照组,各64例。对照组应用胰激肽原酶治疗,观察组应用依帕司他联合胰激肽原酶治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组神经功能评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组神经传导速度指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论依帕司他联合胰激肽原酶的治疗效果显著,可改善患者神经功能,改善神经传导速度,且不良反应较少,值得推广。 Objective To explore the effects of epalrestat combined with pancreatic kininogenase in patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods A total of 128 patients with type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy admitted to the First People's Hospital of Tancheng County,Shandong Province from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 64 patients in each group.The control group was treated with pancreatic kallidinogenase,while the observation group was treated with eparastat combined with pancreatic kallidinogenase.Compared the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The neurological function score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nerve conduction velocity index in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of eparastatin combined with pancreatic kallidinogenase is significant,which can improve patient neurological function,improve nerve conduction velocity,and have fewer adverse reactions.It is worth promoting.
