空腹血糖与餐后2 h血糖换算公式初探

Preliminary Study on Conversion Formula between Fasting Blood Glucose and 2 Hours Postprandial Blood Glucose

目的探讨空腹血糖(fasting plasma glucose,FPG)与餐后2 h血糖(2-hour postprandial blood glucose,2 hPG)换算公式。方法选取2000年7月—2018年1月于华北理工大学附属开滦总医院内分泌科门诊和住院治疗的糖尿病患者5974例,根据1999年世界卫生组织推荐的2型糖尿病诊断标准分为糖尿病组(DM,n=4850)、糖耐量减低组(IGT,n=1124)。另选取同期本院体检中心年龄相匹配的健康人群794名为正常对照组(NC,n=794)。比较3组年龄、性别等一般资料;Pearson相关分析FPG与2 hPG的相关性;直线回归方程探究FPG与2 hPG之间换算公式并对其进行校正。结果Pearson相关分析显示,DM组FPG与2 hPG呈强相关(r=0.739,P<0.05),IGT、NC组FPG与2 hPG呈弱相关(r=0.225、0.169,P<0.05)。2 hPG与FPG直线回归方程为Y=1.254X+6.819。结论糖尿病患者2 hPG与FPG换算公式为2 hPG=1.254FPG+6.819。

Objective To explore the conversion formula of fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)after meal.Methods A total of five thousand nine hundred and seventy-four diabetic patients admitted to the department of endocrinology of Kailuan General Hospital Affiliated to North China University of Science and Technology from July 2000 to January 2018 were selected and divided into diabetes group(DM,n=4850)and impaired glucose tolerance group(IGT,n=1124)according to the diagnostic criteria of type 2 diabetes recommended by the World Health Organization in 1999.In addition,seven hundred and ninety-four healthy people matched in age in physical examination center of the hospital during the same period were selected as normal control group(NC,n=794).General data such as age and gender were compared among the three groups.Pearson correlation analysis was conducted for the correlation between FPG and 2 hPG.The linear regression equation was used to explore and correct the conversion formula between FPG and 2 hPG.Results Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a strong correlation between FPG and 2 hPG in DM group(r=0.739,P<0.05),and a weak correlation between FPG and 2 hPG in IGT and NC groups(r=0.225,0.169,P<0.05).The linear regression equation of 2 hPG and FPG was Y=1.254X+6.819.Conclusion The conversion formula of 2 hPG and FPG in diabetic patients is 2 hPG=1.254FPG+6.819.
